All possible care will be taken when handling and shipping your order. Your order will be shipped from us as frozen. Thawing is normal and should be expected during shipping. All orders will be shipped in an insulated reusable styrofoam shipping container with ice gel packs included to help keep the product cold. You may choose from one of two ways to send the product: Next Day Delivery or 2 Day Delivery

During the summer months (May thru September) we recommend shipping via next day delivery to minimize thawing. Upon receiving your meat please refrigerate or refreeze them. Orders will be shipped from our plants ASAP. However there will be times when orders will be held up because of various reasons on the production part. Delivery time starts when we deliver the product to the carrier service. Next day delivery will be sent on Monday- Thursday. 2 day delivery will be sent on Monday- Wednesday.

Please give a correct physical address for the product to be sent to. Hopefully you will have someone there to receive the package. Business addresses are good because usually someone is available who can recieve the package.

Shipping Cost
There will be a $12.50 shipping and handling charge automatically added to all orders to pay for the styrofoam container and ice packs used in shipping your order. Shipping cost is based on package dimensions, weight and location to be shipped. One important rule to remember when ordering:

The more you buy (weight) the cheaper per LB your shipping cost will be.

Keep this in mind when you are ordering and try to place an order that will make it worth your while.
